Strategic Advice to Companies

We work with clients on their existing portfolios to add value and reduce costs.  This can be achieved by a number of routes ie by selling off surplus land or buildings after determining the highest alternative use values and obtaining planning if advantageous.  If the client wishes to expand their business, we evaluate the merits of buying and developing and leasing.  If the building has been developed for own use, sale and leaseback options will be considered.
