Gordon Hunter Bsc Dip Prop Invest MRICS is jointly responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and creating and delivering asset management plans for investors. Previously he was Managing Director of Highcross Scotland, prior to which he headed up Ryden’s investment activities in their Scottish, London and overseas offices. He was originally part of Standard Life’s property investment team.

Other Information:
Gordon previously chaired the Investment Property Forum committee in Scotland, which organised Scottish education workshops. He has lectured at Aberdeen, Heriot-Watt and Napier Universities. He toured New Zealand, Australia and Romania with Scotland, winning four caps between 1983 and 1985. He was a member of Scotland Grand Slam winning squad in 1984. Gordon is a member of Luffness New Golf Club, and also the Empire Golf Society. Other activities include ski touring, snowboarding, cycling and interests include sport in general, as well as photography and he has held successful exhibitions at venues including the prestigious Writers Museum in Edinburgh. He lives in the Scottish Borders with his wife who farms.

Murray Keith FRICS is jointly responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and creating and executing asset management plans for clients.  Previously he worked in London as a Director of Fletcher King and Baring Houston & Saunders, New York, as Managing Director of Baring Advisors, Scotland, as Director of Scottish Amicable and as the founding Director of Talisker Properties.

Other Information:
Murray was a guest lecturer at New York State University Real Estate Department. He is a member of Royal Portrush Golf Club. Other activities include skiing, shooting and fishing.
